Orders must be placed at least 48 hours in advance. You can book ahead online at anytime and simply select your desired pick-up or delivery date at checkout.

Please note shipping orders will be delivered 5-8 business days after purchase.

All of our products are made fresh to order and have no preservatives or artificial ingredients.

Cakes must be refrigerated until consumption. Please have your fur baby consume the cake within 72 hours of pick up for the very best experience. Cakes may be stored refrigerated for up to one week, or frozen for up to 1 month, however some natural color darkening may occur.

Treats + biscuits should be enjoyed within 30 days of pick up for the very best experience.

No, our treats are meant to be just that, a treat. Please do not use Daisy Bites as a meal replacement and monitor your fur baby as they consume our treats.

Always discuss dietary restrictions with your veterinarian.

At this time, we offer USA shipping on select products. Shipments will be delivered 5-8 business days after purchase.

We currently are unable to ship our cakes + pupcakes due to their delicate nature however we do offer local pick-up or delivery.

Daisy Bites Dog Bakery has a flat rate shipping fee of $6 for the United States. We are NOT responsible for any damages and/or lost items once your order has left our care.

We will ensure our treats + biscuits are properly packaged and labeled as fragile.

Unfortunately the way UPS, USPS and other mailing services handle our packages is out of our control.

Considering our dog treats are ALL handmade and hand decorated, it is not possible for us to grant a FULL refund if the package is damaged or lost.
